Am I eligible?
If your business operates petrol machinery off-road you could be eligible for a petrol tax refund up to 76 cents per litre + GST.
You can claim back up to two years’ worth of use and then claim ongoing every quarter after that. We process refunds for businesses that use more than 400L of petrol a quarter off-road.
